As always, our December meeting is our Installation - the time when we install the Master for the ensuing year and he appoints the Officers of the Lodge.

On this occasion, the Lodge Director of Ceremonies, Wayne Rumley, went back into the Chair, taking over from Steve Thompson who has presided over the Lodge for two great years, which included initiating seven new members to the Craft, organising several charity functions and a number of trips to other Lodges.  He can be proud of his achievements in those two years.

Wayne is 'filling the gap' before we have a list of new and first-time Masters take office, and has a busy year ahead, with 5 potential new members to introduce.  His year got off to a fine start with no fewer than 91 Masons in attendance to see him retake the Chair.  The ceremony was carried out in fine style, and we have no doubt the same will be true of the ceremonies throughout his year.
