What is Freemasonry?

Freemasonry is perhaps the world’s largest fraternal organization. Open to men of adult age of any religion, nationality or social standing, the only requirement is a belief in a Supreme Being. Its body of knowledge and system of ethics is based on the belief that each man has a responsibility to improve himself while being devoted to his, faith, family and fraternity.

Freemasonry enhances and strengthens the character of the individual man by providing opportunities for fellowship, charity, education, and leadership based on the three ancient Masonic tenets: Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth.

These are not hollow words and a reading the history of this particular lodge will clearly show, time and time again, that these tenets have been applied faithfully and zealously throughout its long existence. For a wider view of our Society please log onto the websites of: -
